Citrocity is an IPA made in the Pacific Northwest tradition with hops that impart a distinctly grapefruit aroma and flavor. However, we’ve added Citra hops to this one, which give the beer hints of mango, papaya, and passion fruit. It’s nicely bitter and balanced by a strong malt backbone. Citrocity is the recipient of several awards throughout the Carolinas. ABV: 6% Rated 92 by BeerAdvocate
A robust American Red Ale (not an Irish Red). A blend of crystal and Munich malts, lightened with white wheat, plus northwestern Willamette and Mt Hood hops produce a rich, malty brew with low bitterness. ABV 5.1%
Named for the brightest star in the Southern Cross constellation, Alpha Crucis takes full advantage of one of New Zealand’s best hops – Southern Cross. A lighter malt bill allows these late-addition hops to shine bright with pine, resin and a slight lemon character, balanced by a clean, dry finish. ABV: 7% Currently Out of Production.
No turning back once you taste this rich version of an American stout. Smooth mouthfeel with strong coffee flavors and subtle spice notes. Wheat adds complexity and creaminess. Enjoy! ABV: 5.5%
